See the Unity blog for a complete list of today's Friends with Flair.
I like to make backgrounds with the Cuttlebug embossing folders. I inked them up with various Versamagic and Brilliance Dew Drop ink pads. I love Brilliance ink!! It's very shimmery/metallic. I like to go over the embossed area with a lighter color like Brilliance Purple or Platinum Planet and then hit the edge with a darker color like Brilliance Crimson. I then embossed some sheets of Unity butterflies and punched out some hearts. Easy way to make some notecard sets.

Supplies:Unity: Butterfly Beauty, Confession: I {luv} Unity
Cuttlebug embossing folders
Marvy heart punch
Brilliance ink
Ranger embossing powder: Liquid Platinum, Bronze
Recognize the tails on these mermaids? They are the umbrella tops from the Rain & Flowers set. I embossed then painted with Twinkling H2O's. I drew the rest by hand and added some Ice Stickles.
Supplies:Unity: Rain & Flowers
Ice Stickles
Luminarte Twinkling H2O's
Lindy's Stamp Gang EP in Midnight Violet Obsidian
MS leaf punch, EK starfish punch
There's a special Friends with Flair blinkie hidden on one of today's participating blogs...find the blinkie and leave a comment and you could win 25 FREE Unity stamps!!
