FFF Kim's Button It! Challenge

First off, THANK YOU to everyone for their wonderful comments. I am feeling horribly guilty and I apologize. I have been very quiet and I've not been around to visit every one's blogs, but I WILL be back shortly!! I am visiting with my niece from the East coast and I haven't seen her in over a year. Plus, a ton of other stuff keeping me busy. I'll be back to my regular routine very soon! And, hopefully get caught up!

Feel free to grab the Washi TGF badge for your blogs!
And, if I get my Flip sometime soon, I'll do a tutorial on making those washi ruffles.

This week's FFF challenge: Button it!
Simply use at least THREE buttons on your card or project.

If this card looks familiar...it was just featured in the TGF newsletter. Be sure to subscribe to the TGF newsletter for fun features and contests!

I revamped it a little with some bling. It was looking a little bare to me. Look at that fab new Maya Road star pin!!!! I LOVE them!!!

Also, don't forget TGF is now carrying Japanese washi tape!! I used some on my card to make ruffles. It's so much fun to create with.

Have a fabulous weekend everyone!

Release Day at The Greeting Farm!

Head over to The Greeting Farm for NEW RELEASES!! THREE new Cheeky Cherry stamps, are now available: Cheeky Nurse, Cheeky Sailor, and Cheeky Beauty Queen! There is also a new Oliver & Amelia set!

For today's ATC's I used Memento ink in Potter's Clay to give it a sort of sepia/vintage look. The main Copic colors I used on each ATC were E40, E33, E30, E11, YR0000, YR000, E000. I then added some soft colors to each of them.

To make the glimmer mist edging:
I cut up a doily placemat. I srayed it with Tattered Angel's glimmer mist in Gold. I then sprayed a puddle of Coffee Shop on my working surface, which is usually just a piece of recyled cardboard (or you can use a craft mat). And, then I slid the edge of the doily through the puddle, just to get the edges. I then let them sit for about 15 minutes to dry. You can use a heat gun, but if you are not careful, you will singe your doily. I find it best to air dry doilies.

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!! I know I sound like a broken record, but I'm just barely catching up from last week, so I apologize if I haven't made it to your blogs lately! Thanks for your sweet comments!!
