Today's challenge:
SPRING CLEANING

"Use something you either: a.) found that you forgot you had or b.) were going to throw OUT but decided to use it for this challenge." On your honor! Make it fun! See blog for complete FFF rules.

I have boxes and baskets and pails full of ribbons that were out of control. I decided to go through and pull out any 2-3 inch stragglers. (Come on, I know you all have them...those little pieces of ribbon you just cannot bear to throw out...) And, I put to them to use on my TGF wings. BTW, I LOVE this wing stamp. It's going to to get a lot of use!!


Wings: Stamped in various inks, dripped on some of the new Distressed Re-inker in Spun Sugar (love this new color!), edged with Versamagic Gingerbread, and sprayed with Tattered Angels Spring LE in "Spring Rain"...a gorgeous sheer iridescent light blue...LOVE it! Wrapped with scraps of ribbon and finished off with a big Prima bling from their fantastic E.line.

One of my best friends since high school..and we both ended up in San Diego. How awesome is that?! High school + 80's/90's = hilarious pics. In that black an white photo I had hoop earrings on that were bigger than my friend's head!

Release Day at TGF & Charitable Contest

Yay! I got a pic! Here's one of the fab new TGF releases.... "Eric" ....I am counting down the days til True Blood season 3 begins!!! Thanks for your patience and sweet comments everyone!!!

And, I'm going to leave "Edward" up...just so he doesn't get jealous. ;o)

**Apologies!!! I have an old card posted. My new card pic will not be up until much later, or maybe tomorrow. My camera has decided to revolt along with our brand new water heater....no camera....and no hot water. What fun. April Fool's came a little early for me.

I'll be off shopping for a new camera today. So, in place of my "Vamp Eric" card today, I have good old reliable Edward from The Greeting Farm.

Today we are also excited and honored to announce the 1st
"TGF Cares" Charity Card Drive

This is something that TGF has been wanting to do for a long time and we have finally been able to put together a card drive for a cause very close to our hearts. A few years ago, Jessica was introduced to a family who was only a few weeks away from losing their two-year old daughter, whose name was also Jessica. Through this terrible tragedy, the family couldn't say enough about how wonderful the Ronald McDonald House was to them, specifically the one near the Fairview Children's Hospital near Minneapolis, MN. (please see Jessica's blog for more on this touching story and how TGF customers can help put a smile on the faces of many in need of them!)

TGF is proud and honored to be collecting cards that will go to the RMH in Minneapolis as well as the Fairview Children's Hospital, parents, and siblings of these patients during the long and brave journey of theirs. Be sure to stop by the TGF BLOG today for complete details on this special contest close to our hearts.

A few of the details:
This contest will run all month long. Today, 4/1/10 through 4/30/10. ALL ENTRIES must be POSTMARKED by 4/30/10 to qualify for any prizes/recognition. PLEASE SEE TGF BLOG FOR RULES and complete directions on how to particiapte.
